Information about your right to opt-out of annual student testing
House Bill 2655 permits parents and adult students to annually opt-out of Oregon’s statewide summative tests in English Language Arts and Mathematics by submitting this form to the school the student attends. If you wish to opt-out your student, please submit this form to your child’s school by April 6, 2021.
